Results from Mickley Hall Shooting Ground 02/04/2022

Arriving at Mickley Hall in the sunshine and you know it’s going to be a good day, and what a day it turned out to be with great scores throughout the classes.

The course was set to accommodate everyone with some tricky and sharp clays to catch you out, the pace was set by Jan on 60 with Linda taking up the challenge on 61 only for Kate to throw in a 64, but in the end it was a close contest at the top with Karen Bowland, Sarah Ledwidge and Marie Meadows with a 66, 67 and a 68 respectively with Marie taking high gun and will receive her award from On The Peg Clothing our sponsor.

In the team event it was not such a close contest with Manchester Clay Shooting Club taking the honour’s again, well done to team Manchester.

We had a fabulous day and we hope to repeat the day at our next event at Doveridge on the 7th May, hope to see you all again there, well shot everyone.
